Adriana Di Dino
Adriana is co-owner of CKO Kickboxing Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she treats everyone who comes through the doors of the gym like family. Adriana's story is special because she is a member-turned-trainer, which is why students luv/lurv/looooooove her. With over 10 years of experience, she knows what they want - and delivers! Her classes are always fun, hella sweaty, but never overly complicated. If you want nonstop punching and kicking, she's your girl. She haute-coutures the heck out of all things sportswear (it's her gift to spandex!), is a playlist LEGEND, and you will definitely catch her dancing to her own music. (Her Youtube channel debut is in the works. Stay tuned!) Adriana's before-the-gym life involved advertising and marketing management.

Kristine Simoneschi
Kristine is co-owner of CKO Kickboxing Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. She has more than a decade of kickboxing experience and as an instructor, it shows. She's famous for focusing on butt/legs and pulling new combos out of thin air that are guaranteed to get you addicted to her style of bagwork. Kristine, however, is addicted to her own bad jokes. Have you heard the one that starts, "Beyoncé walks into the gym..."? It's a classic. Just ask her about it. She'd love to tell you...three times. But she keeps gym members pushing their limits and grinning like maniacs while they do it, so we say, bring on the cheese! Kristine also holds a master's degree in accounting and continues to work in the public accounting field.

Kelly Chiusano
Kelly is co-owner of CKO Kickboxing Carroll Gardens and Park Slope. With Kelly it's all non-stop energy, killer abs, dynamic movements, and rapid-fire momentum. When teaching, she knows how to push you while controlling the pace. She's all about challenging herself and everyone around her can't help but get inspired...and in need of a sweatband. Kelly is a marathon runner and the mother of a three year old (which are pretty much the same thing, right?!), and she has never met a workout challenge she didn't want to try. And by try we mean, well, tear off its head and spit down its throat while howling in victory. She is also our resident French fry addict and crossword maven. Before gym life, Kelly was a celebrity booker and producer for Channel 5's Good Day New York.
Vincent Grey

Vincent Grey
Vincent's passion for kickboxing started in 2010. Addicted to the outlet, he soon became committed to motivating others through instruction. His teaching style is a mix of extended rounds of bag work, high intensity cardio, core work and functional endurance drills all rolled into an hour. When Vincent isn't at the gym, he's shooting photography or singing and song writing. Playlist description: Rock, Alternative, Pop and the occasional hip-hop tune
Shelly Schuman
Shelly Schuman
Don't let Shelly's tough exterior scare you. Her classes are tough and mixed with advanced kickboxing moves, but she is always smiling and doesn't take herself too seriously. Shelly is a second degree black belt in shotokan karate. She loves to add jumping and spinning techniques into her combos and will always give you a great fun workout! Shelly also works as an attorney part time. When Shelly isn't at the gym or at work, she is spending time with her family. Playlist description: alternative rock, reggae mixes, pop and hip hop.
Courtney Rubin

Courtney Rubin
Courtney's classes are full body, non-stop talking and killer abs. With over 7 years of kickboxing, she knows just how to give you a great workout. She's a certified yoga instructor and has a unique way of blending the two styles into her classes. It doesn't end there, she's also a Technologist and an all around positive person to be around. Lee's boot camp style class focuses on technique and conditioning. With over 20 years of kickboxing, boxing and coaching fighters, he's a true expert in the field. Lee's class is a total body workout and through his instruction your form will improve every class. Playlist description: Old school hip and hop and house mixes
